Kelly & Co is paid a commission by the manufacturer on completed orders — the same way a mortgage or insurance broker is paid by the lender or insurer, not the client. It doesn't change the price you pay, and it's why we can offer the full service below at no cost to you. The one exception is cabinet plans, paid directly to the cabinet designer — see below.
Cabinet plans are prepared directly by the cabinet designer, typically $1,000 USD for a standard job (more for larger builds) — still a fraction of the $5,000–$9,000 a local drafter would charge for the same drawings.
New enquiries with no prior connection to us (no referral, no existing relationship) may be asked for a refundable $500 deposit before we begin work. It's fully credited back or waived entirely if you proceed with an order — it exists only to confirm genuine intent on both sides.
